I am a native Swede with more than 20 years of experience, building a global quality organization from scratch and then running it.

Over the years, I have moved my focus earlier and earlier in the chain. From Corrective Quality through problem identification, root cause analysis and implementation plans to Preventive Quality via Check Lists, Control Charts, Control Plans, Poka Yoke and auditing.

Lately most attention has been on Proactive Quality, for example failure mode analyses, robust design, simulations and verification tests.

Throughout my whole career, my emphasis has always been on anchoring standards in robust processes, well defined in a clear management system.

Lastly, I am also a trained ISO 9001 auditor, acknowledged by IRCA.
